David Ferris vs. Susan Ferris - Case No. 98FL05615

Disabled, indigent and self-represented litigant Susan Ferris struggles to litigate against a veteran family law attorney, her ex-husband, and his family of lawyers. In violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, both Sacramento County Superior Court and the Third District Court of Appeal have denied her request for accommodation by a person with disabilities.

April Berger vs. Robert Saunders - Case No. 06FL04415

As reported exclusively by Sacramento Family Court News, disabled litigant Robert Saunders was arrested and forcibly removed by multiple bailiffs from the courtroom of Judge Matthew J. Gary. As a direct result of Gary's actions, San Joaquin County Superior Court Judge Xapuri B. Villapudua ordered the judge removed from the Saunders case. But Saunders' problems had just begun.
